    Upper right-hand corner: “Illustration as described by the soldier.” What wouldn’t I give to hear that description! “Our USO touring company of ‘La Cage aux Folles’ had just arrived in deepest, darkest Africa–as you can see, the natives didn’t know WHAT to make of us chorus boys.”
