  1. Mary Mallory says:

Actor Rex Ingram and Billie “Buckwheat” Thomas.

  2. Mary Mallory says:

George Reed and Matthew “Stymie” Beard in KENTUCKY.

  3. Don Danard says:

    George Reed, I believe

  4. Patricia Ann says:

    Movie- song of the south?

  5. Barbara Klein says:

    William Walker

  6. Mike Hawks says:

George Reed in BELLE STARR 1941.

  7. Mary Mallory says:

    Must be BELLE STARR.

  8. Mary Mallory says:

    Must be Dolores Hurlic Monday.

  9. Gary Martin says:

    Tuesday’s fellow is Lamont Cranston.

  10. Don Danard says:

I’d say that’s Randolph Scott and the movie is “Belle Starr”

  11. Mary Mallory says:

    Is that Randolph Scott’s shadow?

  12. juliemerholz says:

Belle Starr…with Randolph Scott in shadow.. George Reed and Dolores Hurlic on Monday.
Also in the movie are Gene Tierney, Dana Andrews, Sheppard Strudwick and Chill Wills.

  13. Don Danard says:

Wednesday’s Not So Mystery Lady is Louise Beavers.

  14. Mike Hawks says:

    Let’s relax with Louise Beavers.

  15. Jenny M says:

    Louise Beavers

  16. Bob Hansen says:

    Is Wednesday’s woman Louise Beavers?

  17. Chrisbo says:

If that isn’t Hattie McDaniel on Wednesday, then I don’t know nuthin`

  18. For Monday, my guess is Ernest Whitman and Wednesday is almost certainly Hattie MacDaniel, which would make the movie “Maryland”.

  19. Mary Mallory says:

    Chill Wills and Hugh Chapman.

  20. Chrisbo says:

Thursday’s mysterly lad looks like Freddie Bartholomew

  21. Mike Hawks says:

    Olin Howland and Hugh Chapman.

  22. Don Danard says:

Today’s Mystery Man is that terrific charactor actor Olin Howland aka Olin Howlin.
    One of the best.
The little gaffer must be Hugh Chapman.

  23. LC says:

Belle Starr with Gene Tierney. So that means the photos are of George Reed, Dolores Hurlic, Randolph Scott (in shadow), Louise Beavers, Olin Howland and Hugh Chapman.

  24. Patrick says:

Didn’t think that could possibly be Clarence Muse again on Monday; but if it is, I think the film is “Belle Starr” from 1941. The shadowy figure on Tuesday could be Dana Andrews and Wednesday is Louise Beavers. Thursday is Olin Howland and possibly Hugh Chapman.

  25. DeweyWebb says:

    Louise Beaver

  26. Jenny M says:

Randolph Scott and Gene Tierney in Belle Starr.

  27. Don Danard says:

The Not So Mystery Guests for today are Randolph Scott and Gene Tierney.

  28. I was looking south instead of west until Friday’s gimme: Randolph Scott and the dangerously beautiful Gene Tierney. This would make Wednesday’s actress, Louise Beavers and Thursday’s fellow, likely Chill Wills. The film: Belle Starr.

  29. Mary Mallory says:

Randolph Scott and Gene Tierney today.

  30. Mary Mallory says:

    Olin Howland yesterday.

  31. DeweyWebb says:

    Belle Starr

  32. william says:

Belle Starr, 1941……(better late than never)

  33. Mike Hawks says:

It’s Randy and Gene sharing a quiet moment.

  34. Gary Martin says:

It is embarrassing to have had to wait until Friday evening to see that this is Belle Starr with Gene and Randy and Louise and ,,,Chill? Is Monday George Reed?
