The Times publishes another drawing by Fredric Eddy, A.E.F.

June 10, 1940: “HOLLYWOOD AFTER DARK: Judy Garland is plotting to get even with Robert Stack, who left her at Victor Hugo's with the unpaid check after previously tipping waiters not to accept her signature,” Jimmie Fidler says.

    Although we truly enjoy Frederick Cody’s World War Two drawings, in today’s offer he seems to be sending very slow German Stukas (160 mph or so cruising speed) against much faster British Lancaster bombers (242 mph). No wonder Schickelgruber lost the war.
