I picked The World Ten Times Over because it was deemed by the Dallas Motion Picture Classification Board as “not suitable for persons under 16 years of age,” along with: Vice Girls, Europe in the Raw (OK, Russ Meyer), The Pink Panther (Blake Edwards?), A Shot in the Dark (more Blake Edwards??), Sin on the Beach, Defiant Daughter and Rasputin the Mad Monk.
As one might expect, The New York Times passed on this film.

For Monday, we have a mysterious fellow in a foreign movie that was deemed unsuitable by the film board of a major U.S. city.
Update: This is William Hartnell

For Tuesday, we have a mysterious woman in an unsuitable foreign film.
Update: This is Sarah Lawson.

For “Hm Wednesday,” we have several mysterious fellows in an unsuitable foreign film.
Update: This is Davy Kaye, center, and a very young Donald Sutherland. The man on the left remains unidentified.
Note to Sylvia: Yes.

For “Aha Thursday,” we have an unsuitable mysterious foreign film fellow.
Update: This is Francis De Wolff.
Brain Trust roll call: Megan and Thom (mystery movie, Tuesday’s mysterious woman and Wednesday’s mystery nightclubber), Sylvia (mystery movie and all mysterious guests), Stacia (mystery movie and all unsuitable mysterious guests) and Mike Hawks (mystery movie, Monday’s and Wednesday’s mystery guests).

For Friday, we have this mysterious unsuitable mystery guest.
Update: This is Edward Judd.

And this mysterious unsuitable guest.
Update: This is William Hartnell, the first Doctor Who.

Finally, these two unsuitable mystery women.
Update: This is June Ritchie, left, and Sylvia Sims, who also appeared in Doctor Who.
Brain Trust roll call: Sylvia (Thursday’s bearded mystery fellow), Mike Hawks (Thursday’s bearded mystery fellow), Benito (mystery movie and Wednesday’s mystery fellow) and Anne Papineau (mystery movie and Thursday’s unsuitable mystery fellow).
Rene Dary in Touchez au pas grisbi! A wild guess!

A good guess, but not a Pre-Code! The “unsuitable” movies that were banned along with our mystery film ranged from mainstream releases that are now considered classics and air on TCM regularly, to grindhouse and nudies/soft-core porn.

I have seen today’s guest as an older woman, but I don’t know her name. My guess for our film is Brighton Rock.

You have the right country, but our mysterious unsuitable foreign film is much more recent. The casts share at least one person, but who could it be?

Is this film from the same era as Lolita, early 60s?

Our tall guest today is Donald Sutherland in The World Ten Times Over. Yesterday’s guest is Sarah Lawson.

An excellent guess, but our mysterious unsuitable foreign film doesn’t take place in the U.S.

Your reply to Megan and Thom helped a lot, as well as Wednesday’s image
Mon – I think must be William Hartnell (the first Dr Who), given a description of this scene in one review
Tues – Sarah Lawson
Wed – Davey Kaye and Donald Sutherland. Not sure of the guy screen Left. Will keep trying

That looks like Donald Sutherland in the Wednesday picture, so I’ll guess THE WORLD TEN TIMES OVER, with William Hartnell on Monday, Davy Kaye as the emcee on Wednesday, and Sarah Lawson on Tuesday.

Think I’ll have to wait on your reveal for Wednesday’s profile guy on screen Left. Found one guy, but hard to tell for sure in this image.
But I did find the person you hinted at to Megan and Thom. Marianne Stone appears in both the Mystery movie and Brighton Rock. Interestingly she also appears in Lolita, the movie I mentioned when confirming the era of this week’s film. Small world. Ms Stone was incredibly prolific (broke records apparently) in her acting career but never a star.
