This week’s mystery movie has been the 1966 camp fest known as “Billy the Kid versus Dracula,” starring John Carradine (Friday’s mystery gent), Chuck Courtney (Thursday’s mystery gent), Melinda Plowman (Wednesday’s mystery woman), Virginia Christine and Walter Janowitz (Thursday’s mystery guests), Olive Carey (Tuesday’s mystery guest) and Hannie Landman (Monday’s mystery guest). It was written by Carl Hittleman and directed by William Beaudine.

And for Monday, we have a mystery woman.
This is Hannie Landman.

For Tuesday, we have another mystery woman.
This is Olive Carey.

So this is an all-woman cast, is it? Actually, no. We will have some of the mystery men folk tomorrow.
This is Melinda Plowman.
Please congratulate Gary Martin, Patrick, Jenny M., Don Danard, Valley Dave and McDee for identifying Tuesday’s mystery woman.

And here we have a mystery gentleman and his mystery companion. And look! They’re having a nice cup of coffee.
This is Virginia Christine and Walter Janowitz.

Things are not going well for our mystery leading man at the moment.
This is Chuck Courtney.
Please congratulate ValleyDave for identifying our mystery film and guests.

And for Friday…. I have been waiting all week to run our mystery guest. This is, of course, James Caan in “Freebie and the Bean.”
And this is Beau Bridges in “Honky Tonk Freeway.”
Please congratulate Mary Mallory (mystery movie and guests), Patrick (mystery movie and guests), Earl Boebert (mystery movie and guests), dlhartzog (mystery movie and guests), Gary Martin (mystery movie and guests), Pat van Hartesveldt (Thursday’s mystery coffee lady), Benito (mystery movie and guests), Herb Nichols (Thursday’s mystery coffee lady), beachgal (mystery movie and guests), McDee (mystery movie and guests), Mike Hawks (mystery movie and guests) and LC (mystery movie).

From the John Ford stock company this is Olive Carey. Let’s say the Monday gal is Annelle Hayes and the film Two Rode Together …although not these two.

no guess but looks to have all the garish authenticity of a mid Sixties Universal made-for-TV movie that was released in theaters first, like The Plainsman remake

Yes, the production values are really tacky and I’ll leave it at that.

I had to endure the first 20 minutes of “Billy the Kid vs.Dracula” to identify
Monday’s mystery bonnet woman: Hannie Landman. Tuesday: Olive
Carey. Wednesday: the beautiful Melinda Plowman. This film was
marketed by Joseph E. Levine, as part of a double bill. Oh well,
great camp !

Thurs mystery actress is Virginia Christine and she’s with Walter Janovitz. Tues younger actress = Melinda Plowman. Tues older actress is Olive Carey. The actor in jail on Thurs is Chuck Courtney. – This must be the horrible film Billy the Kid Versus Dracula. Thus my guess is Monday’s mystery gal is Hannie Landman.
