I agree. This does look like Fifi D’Orsay as seen on Google Search. However the handwriting in the autograph does not match. Perhaps this one, or t’other, was signed by a studio secretary?

In a later era you could say it was a young Prunella Scales of British films and TV(Fawlty Scales. The resemblance is uncanny.
