Hodel said he like to see parent of each girl and get permission in writing from them to allow girls to travel!!

This is the guy who is leaving dead women all over Los Angeles? And he is worried about getting parents’ permission for girls to travel? I’m starting to be very disappointed in the Evil Genius.
