I suppose it seems as though I spend lots of time on EBay – the answer is yes and no. This postcard, showing the interior of 118 W. Avenue 44, Los Angeles, (dated 1910) has been listed on EBay. It appears that the house is gone. Property Shark keeps taking me to 118 EAST Avenue 44, which is another Craftsman house. Notice the light fixtures, the roll-top desk and the wicker rocking chair.
