I really do love Ida Lupino, but every time I see her I can only think of Fred Sanford. Every movie he ever watched on the late show (which he would always describe to Lamont) featured that fabulous actress Ida “Lupini” – and that’s how I always want to pronounce her name.

Tone looks REALLY good here, considering how he looked in previous pictures from earlier in the 1950s. And Ida always had the best hair.
