The Buick is a 1949, The Chevrolet Pick up is new looking and probably the same year but that body style was from 1948 till 1st series 1955. I have a ’53.

Is it possible this is from Producer’s Showcase? and the tall actor in the burnoose is Jack Hawkins making this Caesar and Cleopatra (1956)?
