While I don’t yet know who the mystery person is, there is a hint in the picture itself. It is the signature of Maurice Seymour. Maurice Seymour was actually two Russian immigrant brothers, one named Maurice and the other Seymour, who specialized in glamor photography in Chicago and New York from the twenties through the seventies.
Methinks that could be a clue.
So, I would look toward the New York stage circa 1965.
I could also be known as Red, the Herring too.

At first glance I thought this was a little known French actress but as the photo is from the L.A. Times it seems unlikely so, with little confidence, I’ll guess Arlene Dahl.

Foolishly I didn’t do a last minute check before submitting my first guess which had already been given the thumbs down so, however unlikely it seems, how about Yvonne Furneaux?..She certainly has that look.
