OK, who are they?

Notice Reagan’s clenched right hand as he puts his arm around Mystery Woman No. 1 — no fooling around with this boy. |
- Everybody recognizes Ronald Reagan. The two women are more problematic.
- Evie "Herself in Archival Footage" Wynn on the left? Alas, no.
- Faith "House of Seven Corpses" Domergue? Sorry, no.
- Mona "I Was a Shoplifter" Freeman? I’m afraid not.
- Diana "Rogues of Sherwood Forest" Lynn? Alas, no.
- Maureen "Comanche Territory" O’Hara? Sorry, no.
- Gypsy Rose Lee (on the left)? Alas, no.
- On the right, Wanda "Ride the Pink Horse" Hendrix. (Steven Bibb). Absolutely right. Very good!
- Marilyn "We’re Not Married" Monroe (on Reagan’s left)? Sorry, she’s been identified as Wanda Hendrix.
- Jeanne "City of Bad Men" Crain? Sorry, no.
- Jean "Love That Brute" Peters? Alas, no.
- Lucille Barkley and Diana Lynn (not Wanda Hendrix)? (Michael Goosman). Excellent guess. Mystery woman No. 1 is Lucille "Arizona Manhunt" Barkley. The photo, dated June 27, 1950, was taken of a parade for the Pasadena premiere of an unidentified movie. According to caption information on the back of the photo, the woman on the right is Wanda Hendrix.

Yes, Ronald Reagan.
But which one?
My guess is this was the ‘General Electric Theater’ Reagan, just before the ‘Death Valley Days’ Reagan, and long after the pro-labor (SAG prez) Reagan.

“Ride the pink Horse”? You have go to be kidding.
–Look it up. Despite the name, a classic film noir.

No, I believe Mr. Groosman is correct. I thought ‘Diana Lynn when I first saw the photo and that would make it a threesome from Bedtime for Bonzo. Wouldn’t be the first time a photo notation was wrong. ‘Bonzo’ 1951 and all three of these folks appeared in it.
–Further investigation shows that the caption information is correct. It’s definitely Wanda Hendrix.

The one on the right looks like Pamela Churchill. Wasn’t she friends with the Regans? She was married to a movie producer and later to a retired US ambassador to Britian. She was very involved in politics in the US.
