December 13, 1953: A young boy sitting in a chair. Kenny Ross, 4, gazes from window of Juvenile Hall and dreams of becoming a writer. Kenny was found in his father's car in a Main Street parking lot. This is one of those haunting stories from The Times. I wonder what happened to Kenny Ross and whether he ever became a writer.
