I live in Brookline, MA. For several years I have left fresh white flowers at midnight on January 15 in front of the Medford memorial to Elizabeth Short’s life. Due to COVID-19, I did not do this in 2021, so our younger daughter and I did so on July 29 instead. It was very moving.
