Feb. 3, 2013: “Soil samples were taken and results are expected next week,” according to Christine Pelisek in the Daily Beast.

We’re still waiting.

    Per the Pasadena Star News: Author Steve Hodel, the former LAPD homicide detective who identified his father George Hodel as the killer of the Black Dahlia, plans to unveil new evidence in the case when he speaks Thursday evening at the South Pasadena library.
