   I am not speaking about this picture specifically. I do want to mention, though, that fan pictures with stamped autographs are very popular, and a lot of them look VERY much like real autographs. eBay has a lot of sellers who only see a few old silent-era pictures and they honestly think the signature is real; on the other hand, I have told a couple of sellers that the item they have is a fan portrait stamped with a signature (because I have some of my own so know from experience) and they ignore me. You can’t be too careful.
