Molly and me don’t know where the Higgins Building is. Is it related to that British guy on Magnum P.I.? We do know where Mayor LaTrivia works.

Fibber, I’m sure you have been past the Higgins Building, even if you don’t know the name. It’s the 100-year-old building at 2nd and Main, across from St. Vibiana’s, and having been vacant for decades, it has been converted to condos and is home of the Edison.

I wonder who lives in it now? And if they’ve ever heard of Clarence Darrow.
