Yes, people really did wear ties like this – with bell bottom pants. If you’re lucky, you’re too young to remember it.

    Forget the “Bell Bottoms” of the ’70’s and the ’80’s Some of those look like the Rush Limbaugh “No Boundaries” ties of the ’90’s!!!!
    How do I know? Because I still wear mine, on occassion!!!
