Why do you have this posted, if you find most of his evidence/”facts” to be wrong?

In using the term “franchise” Mr. Harnisch implies that I am using the LAPD talk to make money. That is not the case. I will not be making one dime on this event. What he has omitted to tell the public is the following, clearly posted on my website along with my LAPD announcement:
SKH Note- This is a fundraiser for the LAPD Historical Society and all proceeds go to benefit that organization. For that reason they ask that books be purchased at the event. VIP RECEPTION at 6 p.m. Pre-event reception tickets $50.00 per person. Contact LAPHS at 323-344.9445.The later talk/book-signing at 7:15 p.m. is FREE TO THE PUBLIC.)

    Steve,
Mr. Harnisch is merely stating the obvious.
You came on the scene with an incredible theory which he and others have debunked.
You, however, continue to capitalize on this theory and espouse it as fact.
Maybe in the LAPD example published here your participation was charitable, but I’m sure this is just another stepping stone to your ultimate goal of celebrity.
You feel that you now have a right or privilege to market your book and license its uses and sue its misuses. Do I see a “Major Motion Picture based on a True Story” in your future? No negotiations at least?
Sounds like a “franchise” to me.
I’m glad Larry posted your book signing. It illustrates his confidence in the truth and in the ability of his readers to think for themselves
