    June 13, huh? I’ll sure try to make it, Lord willing and the creek don’t rise. Trust Larry to have us meet at a former bagnio. Seriously, it’s a neat, historic El Lay joint and the food is great. Shades of Raymond Chandler. Maybe I’ll bring my authentic Mickey Cohen business card.

    I just went there when my nephew graduated from USC (I really like saying that)! And we took the DASH bus from the Biltmore to get there. Sounds like fun. I’d like to go. I have so many questions.

    My mother started taking me there when I was barely 5, so that’d be 1953… If you see an apparition in a red ‘Heidi’ dress that’d be me ;;}
