A representative from the city of Burbank says:

On Thursday, Feb. 5, 2009, at 10:30 a.m., the city of Burbank will be opening a time capsule that was placed in the Magnolia Boulevard bridge when it was built in 1959. There will not be a big ceremony, but the press is invited to attend.

I am wondering if there is news footage of a dog who sat out side the window of a local Burbank hospital as the owner Lois Green gave birth to a daughter. The dog would not go home. I am the daughter that was born that day and my sisters tells me that they say me on the news while watching TV. Would this be in the archives? How would I view it, if it was saved? (June 24th 1958)
