    Plenty of money for buildings and flashlights, but not for Police Officers?! We have more bean counters on the LAPD than Police on the streets making the city safe! I feel bad for the poeople of Los Angeles, I really do! Your leaders have failed you, and are failing you!
    But hay, you have nice buildings!
