    It has to be from the front of Union Station, looking SW, although redevelopment and redesign have changed things significantly since the 1970s when this was shot. http://g.co/maps/v58ch

    As for the film… No clue!

    I think it is taken from the parking lot of the Terminal Annex Post Office. No idea of the movie, though.
