  1. June says:

    Audrey Totter

  2. My first inclination is Audrey Totter.

  3. It’s Jean Brooks, but the photo’s not from Leopard Man or The Seventh Victim. I know her face because I became fascinated by those Val Lewton films in the 80s, even though I’d seen them on KPIX in San Francisco twenty years earlier. I guess you have to be an adult to “get” Val Lewton. She really makes them work. She and Katherine Emery, among others.

  4. Don Danard says:

    Jean Brooks aka Jeanne Kelly

  5. Patricia Ann says:

Looks like Debbie—-the hair do & clothes looks like the 40s–so …….oops I forgot the last name Reynolds

  6. Benito says:

A cute crew member of Star Trek The Next Generation lounges at the holodeck pool

  7. ValleDave says:

Looks like Donna Reed to me ??

  8. Jenny M says:

    Deborah Kerr

  9. Kent says:

I thought of the Audrey Totter and Evelyn Keyes also, but this soft focus pic still resembles an early photo of Donna Reed with her hair in an uncharacteristically up style.

  10. Megan says:

Jean Brooks in the Leopard Man. Her death from alcoholism was tragic.

  11. Mike Hawks says:

Jean Brooks from one of the RKO Falcon movies.

  12. Megan says:

I should say, The Falcon in Hollywood.

  13. Gary Martin says:

    Elena Verdugo.

  14. Xavier says:

    perhaps Margo

  15. Bob Hansen says:

I may not have the exact name right, but is it Jean Brooks who was in The Seventh Victim and Leopard Man?

  16. Michael Owen says:

    Audrey Totter

  17. Don Danard says:

Well, after some “checking”, I’d say the movie is “The Falcon in Hollywood” and I’d also say that today’s Mystery Man is Useff Ali.

  18. Rogét-L.A. says:

My first impression of Monday’s mystery woman was Olivia de Havilland.

  19. DeweyWebb says:

The Great Gildersleeve and the Mexican Spitfire Meet the Saint and The Falcon in Palm Springs

  20. Megan says:

    Useff Ali

  21. Mary Mallory says:

Rita Corday and the Falcon series.

  22. Mary Mallory says:

Barbara Hale and Sheldon Leonard today.

  23. Gary Martin says:

OK. You say it is a series…film. So the Young Barbara Hale and Sheldon Leonard would peg it as Falcon …and with Useff Ali on a cheesy set, it must be Falcon In Hollywood …with, Monday, Jean Brooks and …I hope…by Saturday a lovely shot of my fav…Veda Ann Borg.

  24. Mary Mallory says:

THE FALCON IN HOLLYWOOD, with Jean Brooks Monday and Useff Ali Tuesday. I taped this, but haven’t watched it.

  25. Since this is from a series, I’ll go with “The Falcon in Hollywood”. Monday: Veda Ann Borg. Tuesday: Perhaps Useff Ali. Wednesday’s couple: Barbara Hale and future TV producer Sheldon Leonard.

  26. Don Danard says:

Sheldon Leonard shows Barbara Hale that he isn’t such a nice guy! (Well, he was in real life!)

  27. Mike Hawks says:

Barbara Hale and Sheldon Leonard in THE FALCON IN HOLLYWOOD 1944.

  28. Floyd Thursby says:

Looks like Rosemary DeCamp and Sheldon Leonard for Wednesday’s couple more than it does anyone else.

  29. Megan says:

    Barbara Hale and Sheldon Leonard

  30. juliemerholz says:

Another Thin Man..with Virginia Grey, Ruth Hussey, Sheldon Leonard, William Powell, Myrna Loy,
Otto Kruger, Skippy, and C. Aubrey Smith.

  31. Patrick says:

Monday = Jean Brooks, Tuesday = Useff Ali, Wednesday = Barbara Hale and Sheldon Leonard.
“The Falcon in Hollywood” from 1944

  32. Barbara Hale and Sheldon Leonard.

  33. Patrick says:

    Thursday = Veda Ann Borg

  34. Mary Mallory says:

    Veda Ann Borg today.

  35. Veda Ann Borg in the yellow cab hat. In my mind’s eye, I frequently get her stills confused with Wendy Barrie.

  36. Oh, and the Veda Ann Borg flic is likely The Falcon in Hollywood making tomorrow’s leading man Tom Conway.

  37. kthursby says:

Wednesday’s guy looks like a young Sheldon Leonard. (Truth is, I always feel pressure to contribute when I see Floyd Thursby has gotten it right :)

  38. Don Danard says:

One of my faves…..Veda Ann Borg today.

  39. juliemerholz says:

The Falcon In Hollywood with Veda Ann Borg, today, Barbara Hale and Sheldon Leonard yesterday, Useff Ali Tuesday, Jean Brooks on Monday and Tom Conway tomorrow.

  40. ValleDave says:

Could the mystery woman be Jean Brooks ? If so, the series is “The Falcon.”

  41. Mike Hawks says:

Veda Ann Borg says “Taxi, Mister”

  42. LC says:

The Falcon in Hollywood w/Barbara Hale, Tom Conway, Veda Ann Borg…

  43. Rick says:

Wednesday’s guy Sheldon Leonard, movie is The Falcon in Hollywood

  44. Bob Hansen says:

The Wednesday folks are Barbara Hale and Sheldon Leonard.

  45. Barbara Klein says:

Pictured so far, Rita Corday, Useff Ali, Barbara Hale, Sheldon Leonard, and Veda Ann Borg in “The Falcon in Hollywood.”

  46. Rick Scott says:

Wednesday’s mystery lady on left looks like Barbara Hale. Thursday I think is Veda Ann Borg.

  47. Mary Mallory says:

    Tom Conway with Borg.

  48. Barbara Klein says:

And for Friday, we have George Sanders’ better looking brother, Tom Conway.

  49. Patrick says:

Friday = Rita Corday and Tom Conway

  50. Mike Hawks says:

Rita Corday is wondering if Tom Conway will introduce her to his brother George Sanders.

  51. Don Danard says:

The lady at the racetrack…I would guess it’s Virginia Belmont but the only thing I remember her for was the Republic serial “Dangers of the Canadian Mounted”. Figures!

  52. And for Friday we have the aforementioned Tom Conway and Rita Corday (at the race track?). Which, by the way, means our first lady lounging by the pool is Jean Simmons.

  53. Jean Simmons?? Lol, where’d that come from? Jean Brooks.
