    Allen Jenkins, Oscar O’Shea (who was also in a film called King of the Newsboys, but I don’t what kind of hat he wore), a line-up of the usual suspects and Walter Abel in Racket Busters from 1938.

  29. Wednesday’s new cap guy, maybe Allen Jenkins. Thursday’s pair looks to be a DA and and cop, definitely Walter Abel and perhaps Oscar O’Shea, all of which would fit 1938’s Racket Busters.
