Movieland Mystery Photo [Updated]

Here’s today’s mystery chap, courtesy of Steven Bibb!

Update: This is Frank Hopper, who portrayed Theodore Roosevelt in the 1926 film “The Rough Riders.” Hopper was chosen for the role after a nationwide search. He had once been an actor but was working as a book agent at the time Paramount cast him. Please congratulate Mary Mallory for identifying him.
