Yep, it is indeed the great Clara Kimball Young.
Definitely CKY. I believe it’s from 1921, per Daniel Blum’s “A Pictorial History of the Silent Screen,” 1953, p. 209. She’s wearing that coat and her hair has the same waves. The coat is buttoned to the top, so can’t see the dress.
I was just looking through the Motion Picture News Studio Directory 1919, and this exact image is in there, so it’s actually from 1919.
